Cardio is any activity you do to take your heart pulse pumping. Cardiovascular health is how much use you make of it. You should work out or do any physical activity at least 45 minutes. It is important to do physical fitness to work our heart. It is a prevention for a heart attack or overweight.
Working on Cardio is very easy. People should become educated on the change it can make to your health. Simply walking your dog everyday is good Cardio to keep your heart in shape. A more intense Cardio workout is Jogging or running. That also helps to loose fat not only the heart.
We should all include Cardio in our life.
Using Cardio on our everyday life's can help improve our health in signifaicant ways. I will attend the gym. Like I mentioned it can reduce risk of having a heart attack. It can reduce your risk of diabetes, exxcesive weight and obesity. I will add physical fitness to my life this summer not only to loose weight but to become healthy.
